Starting this December, our Academy offers a unique opportunity for players to sharpen their skills in an exciting, small-group environment. With a 10-to-1 player-to-coach ratio and spots limited to only 50 participants, every player will receive personalized attention and top-notch coaching.
Box lacrosse is widely recognized for enhancing speed, stick handling, footwork, and defensive agility—all while boosting your lacrosse IQ. The compact playing field demands quick decision-making, making it an ideal training ground for players looking to take their game to the next level. In fact, nearly every elite college player has box lacrosse experience—this is your chance to gain the edge!
As a bonus, every participant will receive a custom NOTB Box Lacrosse Academy jersey to commemorate the experience and show off your new skills.
Over six Saturday morning sessions, running February through March, players will master key box lacrosse techniques, drills, and enjoy competitive gameplay. The sessions are designed to fit your schedule, with breaks to accommodate school sports and other commitments.
